飲料罐採DNA 1年後查出偷車賊

李姓男子去年7月在基隆市涉嫌偷走1輛汽車，他連續兩次幸運逃脫警方追捕，但1年後，警方在車內留下的空飲料罐採到DNA查出他涉案，將他依竊盜罪嫌函送法辦。

有多次竊盜前科的李姓男子（41歲）去年在七堵區明德三路涉嫌偷了1輛紅色轎車，欲行駛贓車四處行竊，基隆市警察局刑警大隊偵一隊一路追捕到新北市汐止區中華路，仍被他逃脫。

事隔兩天，警方又在中山高速公路汐止及五堵交流道出口圍捕李姓男子，他開車一路急駛竄逃，後來因汽缸破裂汽車拋錨在半路，他索性棄車翻越路肩逃逸，再一次逃過警方的追捕。

鑑識人員在車內發現1瓶空飲料罐，懷疑是他喝過丟棄，從殘留的唾液中採集DNA送刑事警察局比對，查出他涉案才發現他因毒品及竊盜案在台北監獄服刑。
