尾隨妙齡女遭逮　痴男「愛在心裡口難開」

基隆市1名19歲妙齡女子，前天下午5時許，神情慌張得衝進安樂分駐所，氣喘吁吁說，「救命，我被人跟蹤了！」請求警方協助護送她返家，並在派出所外看到一名男子在附近徘徊，並將他請到派出所內說明。
 
警方調查，跟蹤人的21歲葉姓男子，領有身心障礙手冊，葉男向警方表示，自己與女子是在伊甸基金會工作的同事，因愛慕女方很久，他向警方聲稱「愛在心裡口難開！」不知道如何表達，才會一路尾隨，葉男用肢體動作向警方懺悔表示，決不再犯。警方事後也向伊甸基金會人員通報，留意該葉男的狀況。（陳偉周／基隆報報導）
