台北市長柯文哲上任周五滿100天，他今天宣布成立「公民參與委員會」，副主委及發言人由7年級生的新創健康檢測團隊Vinotechs共同創辦人劉昱亞出任。他在民間還有另一個身分，那就是「柯P新政進度條」臉書專頁的創辦人。

如今進入體制是否角色衝突？劉昱亞受訪說，當初成立粉絲團是為了解柯在選舉的承諾是否落實，如今加入公參會可讓流程更順利，讓大家知道市政團隊的施政方向是否雷同、需要改變。
