木村拓哉與「SMAP」團員聯手主持《27小時電視》節目，從上周六晚間6點半，一路播到隔天晚間8點。節目中預告木村即將現身，他裸露上半身在休息室準備，一個move竟露出鬆垮肥肚，日本觀眾驚呼：「還以為他私下會鍛鍊身體，沒想到鮪魚肚這麼驚人。」還有人發現：「他連乳頭都有點下垂。」
 
今年41歲的木村拓哉，去年曾在雜誌《an．an》秀出漂亮六塊肌，並大談踏入40歲的心境，沒想到時隔一年，他的肚子就鬆垮如一般大叔，還有人質疑：「該不會雜誌照片是P出來的吧。」（劉孟玲／綜合報導）
