美公布衛星照片 指俄為烏叛軍撐腰

美國指控，俄羅斯在烏克蘭分離主義叛軍的背後撐腰，不但提供武器，還向烏克蘭政府軍發射大砲。美方更公布了衛星照片作為證據。

美國國家情報總監辦公室，陸續透過國務院公開了四張照片，其中2張拍到俄國領土上的俄國砲兵部隊，包括一批多管火箭發射器，以及一批自走榴彈砲。

另外也有拍到烏克蘭軍事據點的衛星照片，畫面中烏克蘭分離主義份子所發射的正是俄國所提供的重型武器。
