扯！台鐵少掛3車廂　上百乘客罰站4小時

台鐵又出包！一列從高雄開往花蓮的301班次自強號列車，賣出12節車廂車票，不料，列車進站時只掛9節，少了3節車廂，導致有100多人買到「幽靈車廂座位」，上了車找不到座位，只好擠在其他車廂內罰站4個多小時，民眾氣炸抱怨「真的有夠扯！」
 
從高雄搭上火車的婦人說，她買到12車廂的座位，怎知火車進站時，竟然只有9節，當場傻眼，不少人發現跟台鐵站務人員反映，台鐵卻束手無策，因發車時間已到，只好帶著小孩及行李擠上火車，在車上罰站4小時坐到花蓮「實在有夠累！」
 
一位買到第十車座位的小姐說，一家6人從台東上車，發現少了3節車廂，「簡直太扯」，大家就擠在第9車廂一路用站的回花蓮，大家當然不高興，覺得台鐵的服務及反映真的很糟糕。民眾說，火車站雖然有列車長廣播說，買到10至12節車廂座位的乘客下車後可以持票退費2成，但明明有買到車票卻要罰站回花蓮「真的很不爽！」（李光濱／花蓮報導）
