女兒哭鬧不吃飯 母和男友打死她被判刑

彰化縣和美鎮3歲女童去年因為不吃飯、哭鬧，遭生母陳晏誼和同居男友李德諒持熱熔膠抽打、抓女童頭部撞地，凌虐致死，最高法院依傷害致死罪，將李德諒判刑7年4月，陳晏誼8年6個月，全案定讞。

陳晏誼（21歲）在16歲時與梁姓男友未婚生下女童，梁男因毒品案入監服刑，女童由彰化縣府社會處轉介寄養家庭。

陳女後來與李德諒（28歲）同居，前年春節期間，陳女已懷孕4個月，但仍接回女兒。因女兒調皮、哭鬧、不吃飯，陳女連續一個多禮拜多次徒手打女兒，再拿熱溶膠條鞭打，李男則抓女童頭部朝地上猛撞、毆打腹部。

女童被打到虛脫吃不下飯，陳女和男友仍繼續痛毆女童，女童昏迷才送醫，到院前已無心跳，全身是傷，顱內嚴重出血。
