空姐不夠用　長榮航空回聘「已當媽的」

台灣空姐一向給人年輕貌美的形象，但如果哪天你看到「媽媽級的」，別忘了多給她們些鼓勵。
 
今日出刊的《中國時報》報導，由於機隊擴充速度快、人力短缺，長榮航空近來破例回聘「已經當媽的」空姐，年齡在35歲至45歲之間，每月薪資含津貼約7萬元。
 
這些空姐當初因為結婚、生小孩而離職，如今重返藍天，必須再重新訓練。長榮強調，機上服務絕不打折。
 
華航表示，從未考慮回聘空服員，即將招募的400名空服員，希望是白紙一張的新鮮人。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
