標題[問題] 離職前特休問題

在下有些問題想請教板上各位 有先查閱之前文章以及勞工局.勞動部網站 但還是有點小疑問 希望各位可以解惑解惑 我100年4月6日到職 到101年4月滿一年後的特休七天 休畢 102年4月滿兩年後的特休七天 休畢 103年4月滿三年後的特休十天 休畢 現在已有提前一個月向公司提出辭呈上到三月底 請問我還有特休十天嗎?! 還是未工作達104年4月7日 所以沒滿第四年而無特休 勞基法規定的特休有分按照到職日還是照年度嗎 上網查沒有特別看到這類規定 又或是依公司自己的計算方式去給予 公司的算法是 這樣有合法嗎 煩請板上各位解惑了 謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.163.139.250 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1425631231.A.563.html
