北韓外交官走私黃金 入境孟加拉遭查獲

孟加拉資深官員今天表示，北韓外交官試圖挾帶價值約140萬美元的黃金入境，遭孟國海關查獲。

孟加拉海關情報部門主任莫紐汗（Moinul Khan）表示：「我們查獲北韓駐達卡大使館第一秘書孫榮南（Son Young Nam）挾帶金條金飾，總重量約27公斤。」

孟加拉當局雖已釋放這名北韓外交官，仍試圖將他起訴。

莫紐汗向路透社表示，這名北韓外交官搭乘自新加坡起飛的新加坡航空（Singapore Airlines）班機，於晚間抵達達卡國際機場-沙阿賈拉勒國際機場國際機場（Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport），在通過綠色通道時，海關要求掃描他的手提行李。

孟加拉國稅局局長拉曼（Najibur Rahman）表示：「他跟我們的海關說沒東西可掃描。」

他說：「之後我們通知我們的外交部，他則根據維也納領事關係公約（Vienna Convention）被釋放。」
