橡皮筋束頸 險要狗命

〔自由時報記者佟振國／埔里報導〕一條不起眼的橡皮筋，可能就會要了狗狗的一條命！埔里鎮動保人士前幾天發現一隻頸部被橡皮筋套住的小黑狗 ，臉頰腫脹奄奄一息，看了相當心疼。送醫發現已傷及氣管，不排除人為虐狗，但也有可能是民眾任意棄置便當盒，狗狗要吃裡面殘留的食物，不小心被橡皮筋纏住。

台灣埔愛關懷動物協會八日在埔里鎮溪南國小附近，發現一隻剛成犬的母黑狗，消瘦的身形，卻有一張腫脹的臉頰，且呼吸困難，倒在公廁旁奄奄一息。

黃姓愛狗志工發現小黑狗的頸部被橡皮筋套住，已深深陷入皮膚，血肉模糊，現場立即進行基本清創，剪掉一條橡皮筋，再送動物醫院進一步醫治，獸醫師再進行清創時，又發現一條橡皮筋，已傷及氣管。

愛狗志工表示，要避免狗狗意外被橡皮筋套住，橡皮筋最好以對角線綁便當盒，當狗狗的頭部鑽進便當盒內，對角綁的橡皮筋會掉落，垂直綁的則不會，狗狗的頭由側邊出來時，橡皮筋就會順勢套在脖子上。
