食管法修法討挑燈夜戰 仍無共識

問題油延燒，社會福利及衛生環境委員會昨挑燈夜戰，針對《食品安全衛生管理法》逐條審查，昨天在立法院自上午九時討論到晚間十一時，卻只通過四條，今天將繼續審查。

昨天對所謂「義美條款」達成共識，未來上市、上櫃食品業者，皆需設置實驗室。另一項達成共識的條文，為食品追蹤追溯系統中，主管機關公告的類別需要開立電子發票，將分階段公告實施之，作為數量及交易紀錄，確保食品追溯或追蹤系統資料的正確性。對於備受重視的加重罰金罰則的部分，昨天還沒有審查到。
