蔡英文對朱立倫喊話：議長記名投票

地方正副議長選舉落幕，民進黨主席蔡英文今天在臉書表示，他高度贊同台南市長賴清德及高雄市長陳菊的建議， 也就是修改地方制度法，將現有議會的正副議長選舉改為「記名投票」，她也對即將接任國民黨主席的新北市長朱立倫喊話，呼籲朱應共同承諾這項改革。

「票票向選民負責。」蔡英文說，現行的地方議長選舉，淪為利益交換運作的溫床，而產生的議長也常是地方金權政治操作者，因此正本清源之道就是修改地方制度法，讓議會正副議長選舉採記名投票方式。
