地檢署前持拐杖 竟是一把管制刀械

花蓮縣朱姓男子21日手持拐杖，佯裝跛腳，到花蓮地檢署聲稱要告檢察官瀆職；法警發現拐杖有異，經查為一把管制刀械，隨即以現行犯逮捕。

檢警深入追查，發現朱男住處的電腦、行動硬碟等內存有10多名未成年少女穿著制服及全裸的猥褻照片，以及台灣高等法院花蓮分院、地檢署偵查庭等不公開庭訊的錄影資料。

朱男坦承，曾多次戴著可秘密錄影的眼鏡和拐杖刀進出高等法院花蓮分院、花檢偵查庭，錄下不公開的審理庭畫面。

花蓮地檢署主任檢察官王怡仁表示，朱男曾因性侵未成年少女遭判12年有期徒刑，目前仍有多起性侵案纏身。

檢方訊後以強制猥褻、妨害秘密及違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例、兒童及少年性交易防制條例等罪嫌，向法院聲請羈押獲准。
