標題[問題] 內壢附近租屋請問?

小弟在興仁路二段住了大約四年左右， 最近覺得房間有點太小，想要搬到空間稍微大一點的套房居住 因為附近有興仁公園可以散步兼運動，所以希望在公園附近為主 個人目前是看上元智生活會館，想請問有無住過或是正在居住的版友 (1)隔音是否良好 ? 因為個人比較淺眠，希望隔音良好 (2)水電費用平均約多少 ? (3)房間有分對外或是對內嗎 ? 如果有，有建議住在靠哪一面嗎 ? 尤其是在濕冷的天氣裡，靠外會特別的冷嗎 ?
