前役止敗的洛杉磯湖人，13日卻開高走低，94：101敗給賽前勝率不到2成的紐約尼克，台裔後衛「哈佛小子」林書豪決勝時刻無緣上場追分。

湖人開局狀況其實不差，林書豪比以往早了2、3分鐘上場的效果也不錯，首節攻下28分，領先尼克3分。

但第2節豬羊變色，尼克名將之後Tim Hardaway Jr.外線連飆，單節4記三分彈逆轉戰局，「橘子軍」就此永遠不回頭，一路領先到尾。

湖人先發後場Jordan Clarkson、Wayne Ellington總計25投僅8中，全隊三分球18次出手只進5球，命中率27.8%。

後場表現不佳，湖人只能仰賴禁區，Tarik Black「雙十」10分、11籃板，Jordan Hill也是19分、10籃板，替補的Carlos Boozer得到11分。
