暗諷頂新？　嚴長壽：企業不是捐錢就好

賣黑心油的頂新集團昨天宣布捐30億做食安基金，並請潤泰集團總裁尹衍樑擔任臨時召集人。公益平台文化基金會董事長嚴長壽在飯店業任職多年，今出席募集iPad2的「讓i延續」活動時表示，他常常在企業界看到，投資人只關心經營績效，很少看到道德和社會責任問題。嚴長壽說，企業不是靠捐錢就盡了社會責任，還要出資源、人力、物資做對社會有幫助的事。
 
嚴長壽表示，他和尹衍樑「很久沒見面了」，媒體問他是否支持尹衍樑或中央研究院院長翁啟惠幫助此食安基金會？他沒回答支持或不支持，只說「這是政府和民間應該做的」。嚴長壽說，他最近「不太介入」食品安全問題，但相信台灣社會有反省能力，希望此事趕快落幕。（蔡永彬／台北報導）
