阻盧布崩盤 俄央行本月大灑130億美元

最新數據顯示，俄羅斯央行本月已燒掉近130億美元外匯存底，以阻止投資人拋售導致盧布匯價崩盤。

俄國央行17日公布，最近幾周來動用約130億美元，從公開市場收購盧布，藉此支撐盧布匯價。但雖然央行大動作干預，盧布兌美元與歐元仍一路貶值。

受此影響，本月初來央行被迫37度調整盧布兌歐元和美元的交易區間。央行總裁日前納比烏林娜表示，如果市場繼續拋售盧布，「進一步干預匯市也無用」，似乎暗示政府已無計可施。

近日油價節節下滑使俄國財政更雪上加霜。原油占俄國近半數出口收益，也占整體國內生產毛額（GDP）約三成。2000年起油價節節高升，讓俄國GDP平均年成長率達到7%，但隨著油價坐溜滑梯，央行預估今年GDP僅成長0.4%，明年進步到0.9%至1.1%。

盧布兌美元17日盤中貶0.7%至41.15兌1美元，兌歐元也下挫0.45%至52.64盧布兌1歐元。
