新北市警局土城警分局今天表示，位於土城區自由路的鴻海總部，4月間的確有玻璃毀損，但絕非槍擊事件。

媒體報導，鴻海集團董事長郭台銘驚傳辦公室遭槍擊，今年4月28日，位在土城工業區總部的5樓辦公室，遭人連續開6槍，歹徒疑似持長槍遠距離射擊，子彈威力很強，直接貫穿郭台銘座位前方的兩片玻璃，由於保全每小時都巡邏廠區一次，發現後立即通報，隔天也更換強化玻璃。

土城分局表示，鴻海的確在4月底曾報案指出，位於土城的總部5樓玻璃有輕微裂痕，經過警方鑑識人員實地採證發現，玻璃的確有輕微裂痕，但都沒有貫穿，裂痕也不大。

警方指出，由於玻璃並未被貫穿，初步研判絕不是槍擊，可能是遭到BB彈、玻璃珠、彈弓等硬物撞擊，附近工廠也有類似狀況，由於附近地區入夜後出入分子複雜，不排除是不良少年所為，已加強夜間警網巡邏勤務密度。

警方表示，由於類似案情屬毀損罪，全案為告訴乃論，現場採證後，鴻海並沒有提出告訴，也沒有接到恐嚇電話，只能等到鴻海提出告訴後，才能進一步處理。(中央社)
