前頂新製油董事長魏應充的聲押庭今天中午召開，魏應充在法警的保護下從法警室步入第八法庭，過程中不發一語，表情落寞。

魏應充和頂新屏東製油廠廠長曾啟明昨晚遭檢方以有串供滅證之虞申請羈押禁見，不過魏應充拒絕夜間開庭，地院法官裁定今天上午9時30分才開羈押庭。

而今天上午的羈押庭由曾啟明先接受訊問，曾啟明的訊問在11時結束，緊接著是魏應充接受法官訊問，魏應充用外套蓋住被上銬的雙手，不發一語走入法庭，而彰化地院稍晚會作出裁定。(中央社)
