谷歌臉書想搶親　推特找高盛保清白

3月才剛慶祝9歲生日的社群網站推特（twitter），再度成為購併「緋聞」主角，Google與facebook（臉書）據傳都加入搶親行列。

購併利多激勵推特股價周二盤中一度大漲近5%，最後收在52.87美元，漲幅仍近4%。

財經雜誌《霸榮》（BARRON'S）等媒體報導指出，已有2家公司正與推特接觸，「嚴肅」考慮發起收購行動，2011年也曾傳出有意收購推特的Google與facebook據傳是最可能的買家。

不過如今推特市值已逾300億美元（9346億元台幣），遠高於2011年時傳出的100億美元（3115億元台幣）可能收購價。可是儘管收購推特的代價高昂，但可能由1家獲利更強大的科技公司出手購併的傳聞依然不斷。

據Briefing.com網站報導，為了抵禦收購，推特已經聘用高盛（Goldman Sachs）等顧問公司採取因應行動。（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
