求救!! 在BOIS系統裡 找不到可以調整 風扇轉速的選項(Q-FAN開關 PWM模式)

求救阿!!
CPU溫度高導致風扇變得很吵 !!

Go一下可以在BOIS裡面開啟Q-FAN
我在BOIS系統怎嚜找就是沒這選項!

第三項CPU SFT 也只能調數字 40~60 (我不懂這是作什麼?)

電腦配置是

作業系統:XP
CPU:AMD II X4 640
主機板:微星880GM-E41

小弟原本想買好點的散熱器但又怕到時無法調PWM模式

請求幫忙 感恩不盡!!

補充:對現在的配置有沒有靜音效果佳的散熱器跟風扇
