標題[問題] 研究助理提前離職

已爬過相關文章 9月要去讀研究所 考試前考上後都有報備老師 考慮交接問題 我跟老師說做到7月31，8月1日換新人來(但是我還是會來幫忙順便交接) 老師已經找到學妹，跟我說希望我7月1日就先走 此計畫第一年做，目前做滿3個月 只能說超累的，幾乎每天都10點下班 有一次直接在辦公室熬夜到隔天晚上12點(連續工作超過45小時) 跨一個天都不知道怎麼打卡.... btw我沒有加班費 7月是業務淡季，以後就學後我需要養活自己，這一個月的薪水對我也很重要 可以要求老師讓我做到7/31嗎? 麻煩大家幫幫我，謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 120.108.89.152 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1428366681.A.1CE.html
